Announcement!

Hi!

As you may know, I’ve spent the last 10 years or so teaching small business owners how to find more money in their business. We do this through proper money management techniques and financial analysis.

To save money, we use Lean Techniques and Continual Improvement ~ tools that I used during my time in the manufacturing industry. The same techniques apply to all industries!

With all this said, I can’t tell you how many times we’ve found the money but the entrepreneur didn’t execute. And to no fault of their own, running a business can be very overwhelming and so loaded in stress that it’s hard to make moves without worrying about what will come next.

Therefore, to help my clients, I’ve enrolled in business coaching school with an emphasis particularly around money mindset.

My clients will still have me to help them find more money, each month and each quarter ~ that’s fun for me! And in addition, I will be there to provide monthly accountability and support as they work through their action plans.

For many of you who have applied for PPP Loans this quarter, please know that we are one step closer to working together ~ if you should need someone to help you find more money in 2021. All that I would need are your 2019 and 2020 financial reports. That’s always the best way to start.

I hope all is well! I’m cheering you on!

Janet

Quarantine Self-Care

My Phone. My Lifeline.

Well, that’s dramatic!

These days I’m really focused on keeping my health in check. It’s been challenging, and I’m optimistic that creating a practice will help get me to relax. A couple of years ago, I took an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) class at Copper Beech Institute under Amanda Votto. The course changed my life! My naturopathic doctor found my cortisol levels dropped significantly before and after the program concluded!
