Donate to a charity in honor of Valentine’s Day.
This Valentine’s Day, make a difference with your donations. Here’s my favorite…
The Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) provides desperately needed services to thousands of cats and dogs annually. My husband and I adopted our dog Diezel (in Heaven now) in 2004. Before we adopted him, he had a rough four months of being homeless and eventually getting rushed to the Vet because of Parvovirus.
The people at ARF could have taken him to a local vet and had him euthanized. But ARF is a no-kill animal shelter, so that was out of the question. They took him to the ER in the middle of the night in the rain, several towns over. The bill must have been outrageous as he had to stay overnight getting IV fluids and being treated.
Although he’s been gone for many years, I still think of him daily. He was my troublemaker, pizza and iced mocha latte stealer, big furbaby, and protector. If it weren’t for ARF giving him a chance, I would never have had him.
Animal Rescue Foundation offers shelter, food, support, foster home placements, and more to animals who would otherwise be without a forever home.
Donating to Animal Rescue Foundation this Valentine’s Day will show unconditional love for homeless animals needing a loving home. It’s simple: show your love for animals in honor of the Day by donating to Animal Rescue Foundation.
In Conclusion
Celebrating Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. You can offer a discount on your products or services, give away a freebie with every purchase, create a special Valentine’s Day package, run a social media contest, or donate to a charity in honor of the holiday.
These promotional ideas will help show your customers how much you appreciate their business and encourage them to continue supporting your small company. If you need help developing more fun promotional ideas for your small business, contact me. I’d be happy to share more creative ways that you can show your customers some love this Valentine’s Day (and all year round).
